Customer service is nearly impossible to get to (never a real person by phone — just an endless series of emails, that usually take three days for each response.
Shipping via the company called Canpar is absolutely awful. I have yet to ever receive a package from them. They make two tries (while I am at work or away for a few days) and then return the shipment to the sender.
Geez Louise. Any discount, however minimal, simply isn't work the consequential stress and hassle. I'll just pay full price and be done with it.
