My port-in number transfer has taken 1 week so far, with no end in sight. I keep getting the same canned copy/paste response message from the boneheads in the customer service center. "Please contact your previous provider and ask them to release your number, etc., etc., etc."

The problem is, I've told H2O wireless in EVERY correspondence about my latest correspondence with my previous provider. It's like H2O wireless is ignoring what I have to say, and just blindly giving me the same old tired copy/paste response without looking into the issue. Very disappointing.

I believe their customer service has been outsourced to India, which introduces a frustrating language barrier.
