I have been trying for 3 hours to contact HP Smart Friend Services with regards to a product I've already purchased. I have not received confirmation of my order, and the only connection I can get is a phone number, which when called announced that there would be a 30 minute wait before anybody would answer the phone. How do these people stay in business???
