This was the WORST experience i have had with any customer service EVER!!! I have never dealt with a company that will not stand behind their products. We had a warranty with our printer and they would not honor it even though they said it was a hardware issue and that they would replace it. I finally talked to a supervisor and he said he would send us a new one and then at the end of the conversation he said that there wasn't anything he could do and that our warranty is out of date. The best thing this company can do is fire all of the customer service reps and replace them with knowledgeable and people who's primary language is English.
