I purchased a new 2012 Honda CRV and 14 months later the grinding noise started. I purchased a Honda based on their reputation. This will be the last Honda I ever purchase. I have contacted the dealership and American Honda. The only response that I get is, "Honda is aware of the problem but there is no fix at this time." This is now almost four years later and they still have no fix. I am left with a vehicle that I paid $30,000 for and is very embarrassing when I start it up. I can't even trade the vehicle in because no one will take it. There has to be some law they are violating. I wish there was a class action lawsuit.
