Absolutely dreadful -i will never touch hotpoint, indesit or any other of the crap brands they are associated with. You can never get through – costs a fortune in phone bills. The machine – washer dryer from hotpoint went wrong twice in a month. My advice wash your clothes in the sink rather than deal with this bunch of idiots – they should be running a circus!!!
