This has to be the worst company for after care.
I bought a hotpoint washer dryer in may 15. It took off across the floor in Sept. They have failed to turn up 3 times. Today was appointment number 4… That's a 4th day off work. No one has turned up and the phone lines are constantly engaged. Never buying a hotpoint product again. Crap company crap service. Crap crap crap
