I'm very unhappy with Hotwire.com business practices. I booked a reservation via customer service representative. At that time, I requested a certain location, beachfront w / certain amenities like a balcony. The bottom line is that I had been lied to. The reservation had been booked & neither of my request had been honored. I called to confirm my reservation at the actual hotel site at which point had been informed that none of my requests could be honored & the property wasn't even a beachfront hotel… I had been charged for services I never received… Never got a refund… Will never do business w / Hotwire.com again.
