I ordered an LG Android phone. It comes with 400 minutes package. I couldn't get it. No instruction on TV, just sell, sell. It is with TracFone. I kept calling. They gave me a # to call which always says, "Can't give you information." I don't like this gimmicks. I will report to BBB. HSN told me to return the phone. I don't believe this kind of communication.
