I bought a HTC m8 dual sim card in 30/oct/2014. Was working fine when in March I noticed I couldn't hear any calls and the caller also couldn't hear me. Sent to authorized repair and after 2 weeks I got my phone back. On September again same issue. Sent to the shop where I bought (I even bought and extended warranty on time of the purchase) to ask for help. Again the phone was repaired. Now in november I am having for the 3rd time same issue and for few days is out of the factory warranty. Now I am under the extended warranty from the shop but you doubt they will do something about it. It seems to be a defective mobile and I am tired of HTC customer care service. They must recognize there is a major failure and replace the item. Like this they just lose there clients and reputation. Don't buy htc.
