Ordered a bedroom set in the Farmingdale location mid October. Was advised it would arrive Nov 14. Delivery came without the footboard. (They called to say it was damaged.) The delivery men dragged the chest on my new wood floors, scratched and put marks in them as if they were branded. After they were shown what they did they then took out a blanket to move it. The wood on the chest was damaged as well as the end table. The delivery guys also advised us that they have been only working with them for one month and all their customers have been complaining.

I would think they would be complaining about them as well since they did serious damage. It has been such a nightmare. The whole set was damaged and refused. I still have yet to receive a phone call from anyone to advise what happens next. Oh this gets better, the delivery guy told my husband to mark the furniture N/G so I would know if I got the same piece back because that is what they do. He gave me his pen to do this. My advice to all is don't order from them. Still waiting for a response. Living nightmare.
