Humana won't send a reimbursement for dental to me because they say my verified address is in West Palm Beach. I know where I live — in the town of North Palm Beach. Their solution is to have me restate my address as West Palm Beach to agree with their error. How stupid. I won't do it. Have spent hours talking to different reps, supervisors, and playing "You will need to talk to another department." And they only want to pay $17.50 because they claim $35 is the going rate for teeth cleaning in my area. What a lie. They will ALWAYS find some reason to deny a claim — like this. Then they seek to wear you down, like this.
