They refuse to put 1000$ specialty medicine toward my 1500$ deductible, thereby not reaching the threshold for 80% payout. I have another purchase of medicine forthcoming so they do not want the deductible met. They blame the coding of the procedure on the doctor's office even though the Medicine was purchased through their own pharmacy. All people I talk to assure me the problem is being looked at. So far nothing has been done. Need universal insurance and put these people out of business.
