My 72 year old mother bought a new Husqavarna riding mower when her old mower needed replacing. As soon as she received it it started smoking as the oil was way overfilled in the shop. She returned it for servicing and received it back with the trani making strange noises. I called Husqavarna and they said they would get right on it. On month later she finally bought another mower from a different company so she could get her yard work finished. Called Husqavarna again and was hung up on this time. Useless brand new mower still sitting in shed waiting for warranty to run out over winter. Mom was told " just drve it till it blows up" SERIOUSLY??? My mother has no internet or she would be posting this herself. Canadian Tire Yardworks is a more user friendly mower and at least they listen to their customers
