I ordered on the phone – then someone called and wanted my information again to confirm. I said I don't want two orders – she assured me I would not be charged twice. Well, I got two orders and was charged twice. Called company – said in essence I would have to pay to have it shipped back. I have argued I should have to pay and that I don't want any of the product. They tell me there is no way they can send me postage to return the product and if I don't return it I will be liable for the cost of the product.
