They called to say our toner price was going up and they forgot to notify us. Then they said they would send it to us at a discount for 12 months. Terry called as they said she would and could take my final order information. I asked Terry if they were from Xerox and she said "No, it's IDCServCo from Culver city." She proceeded to "reprimand" me about not telling her we had a contract with Xerox and hung up in anger. I looked up the company and similar stories are popping up. I hope these folks are put out of business.
