An unsolicited card arrives in the mail with a $150,000 credit. You call to inquire and they tell you "as a small business owner you've qualified for a loan." I don't know these people. I've never heard of these people and I certainly didn't contact them. My credit is frozen against identity theft. No one legit offers money or does business this way. I told them I did _NOT_ want to activate the card. I told them I wanted IMCA to delete my information from their database, which they chuckled at, and still they continued to offer the money. There may be no specific law against how they are doing business but I would _NEVER_ have any association with this type of lender.
