I tried logging into my imvu account after being inactive for a while and my Vip ran out so it's now guest. And I entered everything my username and password and it wouldn't let me access my account. I tried resetting my password, and nothing worked. The last resort is calling these people because if they don't find the problem, I want every freaking dime that I spent into this game back and they can have their stupid products back : (
