I've seen first hand the damage that can be done by incomplaints.com and have seen many businesses and individuals wrongly and unfairly accused of things. One was even be an ex-wife looking for revenge. It is ridiculous the things that get posted on that site. The fact is that according to the law, you will not be able to get the report removed. A friend asked me to help with this problem and I was able to eventually get it removed from Google but it wasn't easy. Happy to share my experiences and if I can help anyone with this problem I can tell you what worked for me.
