I received an 11425 Invicta watch as a present a few years ago. Nice watch, kept good time. However before I had the watch for a year the battery died. I sent it back to Invicta for warranty work, they said the battery needed replacing and I would have to pay. Thought that was a bit odd, I paid anyway. Four months later several emails that were never answered, and then phone calls, plus a complaint to the Florida Atty. General I got the watch back.

In Sept. 2015 I ordered a replacement watchband from their website. The site stated shipping in 3-5 business days. After not receiving my watchband I called several times and was hung up on. I finally got through to customer service with an attitude on Nov 3rd 2015. She stated that my order was cancelled because they do not ship to PO Boxes. I asked why I was not informed, with no response, just "a supervisor did it". I asked why I was not given a credit. They stated one was issued. I was in my account at the time without a credit listed. I called my bank and confirmed this and filed a complaint. I was refunded my money the next day. This watch has been nothing but a nightmare. Steer clear, they truly are scam artists with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
