I purchased an external hard drive from iYogi on 10/31/15 to the tune of $99.99. They charged the item out on my Visa account. I got a confirmation email for the purchase. I emailed about a week later wanting to know when I could expect delivery and never got a personal response. It is now 11/20/15 without the merchandise. I called to cancel the order and the CS rep gave me a very hard time. So, bottom line is that I will be charged the interest on my Visa account for a purchase that never happened. The item should have been charged out when it was ready to be shipped. Very poor business practice!
