Received warning from Microsoft, that INI file was corrupted. Had IYOGI program removed and computer worked fine. Advised iYogi of purported corrupted INI file. Weeks later, reinstalled iYogi program and problems began to occur and worsen to the point, I could no longer access internet. On three occasions iYogi attempted to fix problem with no luck. Have since purchased another service and the same thing occurred. I believe iYogi, unable to correct the problem should refund my service fee, since they were unable to resolve the problem. I spent hours on the phone with them attempting to get the problem resolved.
