JCPenney Woodfield sucks. I ordered online for same day pickup in a Saturday morning. I called numerous times to the store after 4 hours of placing the order and they keep telling me they cannot find my order. They keep transferring me to the laundy department when I ordered boots and kids snow pants. I called the online customer service and it took her 30 mins to talk to someone from that store. They are lazy in that store. They do not know what theyre doing.
