I have had my Jeep Grand Cherokee since March and I have had in the shop 3 different times. This last time I took it in (which was today) I was not impressed with Jeep at all!!! They told me I would be given a rental well after my husband wasted his whole morning at the dealership they decided that they werent going to. I work for GM and if there is an issue with their vehicles they at LEAST PAY FOR A RENTAL FOR YOU!!! The issue that its in the shop for is a left cylinder head (that is covered under our warranty). Needless to say I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER JEEP & WILL ADVISE PEOPLE I KNOW TO NOT BUY ONE EITHER!!! I expect to get from someone in management soon!!!
