I purchased a sleeper sofa in January 2015. I have had two repairs and it is broken again. I contacted customer service a few times and got no response. I have since communicated with someone, who essentially offered no help.in addition to the bed breaking, the seat cushions sink into the bed, making it uncomfortable to sit on. I am not interested in another repair and want to replace it with a sofa without a bed.
