This Complaint is regarding old oak spar.The manager is a very rude man and treated me and my wife terribly regarding a complaint of expired sausage rolls.my complaint was never addressed from
Spar so I left it.After that my wife witnessed him swearing at a staff member and approached him.He flat out denied it once a complaint was logged and banned us from going to the shop as well as called my wife a child.I still to this day have not been contacted by spar but if anyone else experiences the same problem my email is [email protected] and I can be witness to how he treats clients.
