I ordered two pairs of sandals at the end of August when I first created an account, and I assume when I did that, I must have signed up for their "VIP membership." I have now been charged 40$ for three months, when I have not ordered any shoes since August. I am extremely upset with this company and that they did not give me any type of notice or warning when they charged my card, and that I have now lost 120$.
