They make it ridiculously hard to buy anything! I used my points to get 40% off but then realized that couldn't be used with credits so it ended up making my purchase more expensive. Couldn't get the 40% taken off… THEN I just got an email saying they turned my credits into a gift card out of "courtesy". So I logged in to look and they turned my 8 credits ($320) into a 39.99 gift card!!! Very shady company!
