We bought a KB home and prior to closing we hired an inspector who found 22 pages of problems. We went ahead and closed. Bad mistake on my part. We thought it would be corrected by now. Window screens wrong size, downstairs bathroom fan not working, keys don't work in lock. We ask for help but get brushed aside with a smile. We even paid almost $8000 to get the floor done and they did not do the closet. We inquired about this but got blew off. Everybody blames each other in the company e. G. Sales blames the project manager vice versa. Is there any recourse?
