Sears/Kenmore does not stand behind their product bought a microwave in Oct 2014 never installed into a brand new kitchen until Feb 2015 9 months later the thing goes on fire called sears and they want to charge me a fee to come out and look at it Our you kidding me this is such bad service The service contact was up 30 days they are awful taking it to the hire up and if they don't replace it I will take it to channel 5 done Don't buy anything at sears and don't buy Kenmore AWFUL
