I drove 200 miles to pick up an in-store layaway and when I made to the layaway department store of Kmart in Wichita Kansas, I was greeted with terrible service half of the layaway was missing and I was told that the items that I payed for were not on my receipt and when I tried to show the young lady she refused to look. So, the manager inquired why she said that and the items were there she refused to answer him and smiled. Then, she started talking trash as if we having a street brawl. No more visits to Kmart and the layaway is a joke. Hitler could do better customer service for a jew than Kmart.
