This was our last try with Kmart!
Kmart service in general has become so poor in recent years that we try not to shop there. We wanted a new bike for our daughter and you happened to have it, so we ordered it online. The order said it was shipping from Wayfair.
Store 3228 emailed us that the bike was in and we just went to pick it up.
Instead of a new bike in a box it was a used bike; the wheels were worn and dirty, handle grips were worn and dirty, there was red paint and scratches on the frame, there was mud and stones stuck on the fender and one tire was missing the cap on the tube.
We paid $173 for what was supposed to be a new bike!
Are you kidding?! And the store clerk expected us to take it.
We insisted on our money back.
