I do not think it is fair, I bought gift cards and could not get khols cash, but the person who uses my gift guard, can not get Kohl's Cash for spending. Is that fair? If I give them $50 in cash, they could spend it anywhere, but gift card has to be used in your store. Shouldn't one of us get Kohl's Cash? I may not shop Kohl's again, but go to jcPenny which gives me rewards. Thank you.
