OK, thanks to my tenacious tendencies, after 3 different Kohls.com phone people, all of whom did not speak English very well, I managed after over 2 hrs of trying to order both online and by phone, to successfully place my order with the 3rd non-English speaking phone person BUT SERIOUSLY it was like a SNL or Monty Python episode. At the end of our LONG conversation during which I was on 'silent hold' many times, (last 2 people played this horrible hold music, but at least with music I knew I was still connected!) I asked her what kind of extra discount she could give me for all my time and trouble and to keep my business… (I already had a 20% code) So she put me on hold to "check with her supervisor" and came back 5 min later with the offer of "FREE SHIPPING"!!
