Kroger ignored my visit to complain in person to Ralph's Kroger in San Diego over a year ago, and has also ignored recent follow up letters.
Kroger has totally IGNORED my valid complaint about a tooth broken from an
Olive pit found in a jar that supposedly complained only PITLESS olives.
Also, I recently tried to praise an employee, and he said the manager would not accept my praise (so he would get a "gold" star), because I had not praised ALL the departments in Ralph's store. Totally unprofessional.
