My leather sofa has begun peeling and cracking. I contacted the Lexington store and was told to contact Customer care to get assistance. The store said my particular sofa is no longer sold because of so many complaints. Customer care has dragged on for two months with no response. I had to keep calling to get updates from EC. I was finally told I was "out of one year warranty." When I asked about quality of material, I was told that "La-Z-Boy did not manufacture the material on sofa and not responsible." The best they could offer is to split the cost of parts and labor. I asked to speak with supervisor and was contacted by DJ. DJ has been with the company for a week and didn't even know his phone number or the information about warranty of replacement parts. Very disappointed with the poor customer service.
