Laser Spine Institute runs TV commercials offering people suffering from back problems, an initial MRI review and consultation at no cost. I submitted an online request for an MRI review and consultation and was required to submit WC information as well. I did not receive a response to my request and when I called LSI to inquire about my request I was told that someone had attempted to call or entailed me although no such record existed. I called back repeatedly only to be forwarded to someone's voicemail. When I finally was able to talk to someone I was told LSI would not be able to conduct my MRI review due to my pending WC case review. Laser Spine Institute's TV commercials state that they offer an MRI review and consultation at no cost and without financial obligation, so LSI should honor its offer to do.
