I bought a new house in 2007. It had two new Lennox units.in that time I've had two coil leaks, 2 compressors fried, six driers, a condenser relay, and coil to name a few. I also incurred a cost of over 4000.00 in Freon replacement. I called Lennox for help with no satisfaction. I then wrote a letter to the CEO Todd Bluedorn in Richardson TX with copies of receipts asking for some relief. To this date I have had no response at all. I would not wish a Lennox ac unit on my worst enemy.
