Bought a computer Laptop from Best buy that was faulty and called Lenovo and I purchased it at Best Buy and they gave me a hard time for a computer that had issues with their on and off button along with the AC and symbol with the battery they tell me which is no issue of mine a defect in the computer had 13 months but kept sending back in forth to their tech service which I paid for on top of warranty which just expired and asked to pay them 805 for parts… Which I only paid 379 for the computer should have been credited so I could purchase another computer… Defected and should have honored such
