I've had a Lenovo Desktop since August 2015. Early November, they sent someone out to replace the motherboard and wifi card. After the technician leaves, the next reboot leaves the machine only able to boot to a black screen with a white mouse pointer. Rescue disc doesn't work; store bought windows install disc won't work! And yet, Lenovo tech INSISTS it MUST be a software issue and wants to put me through with pay per instance software support. THE COMPUTER ISN'T YET 3 MONTHS OLD! I'm sitting here with a pc that won't boot and no redress. I feel like I've been sucked into an alternate reality. Please, if you are reading this—SAVE YOURSELF—do NOT buy Lenovo.
