I went to the Lenscrafters store in Cortana Mall in BR, LA. The customer service was excellent. However over two weeks later and I am still waiting on my glasses. Now I have used them for many years and have never had this type of problem. I think from now on, I will deal with the doctor's office even if I have to pay more.
