He took more time than he originally proposed. Although, he's a great real estate attorney helped me out with a new commercial lease. I had him review the lease, and Les Kramsky was very patient with my questions and easy to work with. I sent him the lease by email, and he was able to review it over the phone after some days- maybe he was too busy. I will call Him for all my future real estate legal issues despite taking more time than he proposed.
