I was enthusiastic about getting these services, however I was extremely disappointed as I only had one change in a period of three months (one old account that I had paid and was not removed). I would get texts on a weekly basis "no changes on your credit report", I was then informed by one of their reps that the services could "get escalated" if I would remain with their services. I am very unsatisfied and honestly upset because all my money was wasted.
