I have also dealt with lg support for a manufacturer issue with my hbs760 bluetooth headset. They have had it for 3 weeks for repair… The representative got nasty with me when voice my concern and hung up… The second representative lied and stated he was going to get a supervisor. The so called supervisor would give a employee and said it is nothing they can do to get my product back. As of today is not the issue is not resolved. I emailed John Taylor at the cooperate office and still no response… Anybody have advice on how to contact someone
