I just got a smash on my phone from the manager of the customer service of LG. I request his name and he just turn the phone off on my face. This morning I have been waiting for the service from LG to come to my home from 8 am to 12 pm. At 12:30 pm I called them, and the company they booked me, they said they did not service me. They apologize and book another day. So, after I called back, and request someone else i said i could not take another day off to stay here and wait for them. They basically didn't care, they said there was nothing they could do about it. They are horrible, unpolite, unrealible, customer service extremely bad. My machine is under warranty. And they play with my time. NO RESPECT.

I have been trying to do this for one month and a half. First because they could not find my phone number. I had to find a phone bill, take to Best Buy, where I bought my dishwasher, show the phone bill, and than they said…"Ohhh yes… And it was the same phone number as it was when I bought " they are very bad. Unrealiable. Do not trust them.
I read the reviews, but I didn't believe… So stupid, now i am having to suffer to believe, not to smart. And the machine is not that great for real. That is what the reviews said to start with. The smells are bad, leaves lots of white spots in the dishes, and now, is damaging my cabinets… Go figure…
