I sent a phone to LG for a simple battery replacement. Then, 5 months later and over 7 calls I still don't have a phone. I often have to wait 30 minutes to an hour on hold. They say they need to investigate and will contact me in 24-48 hours, but they never do. I've never experienced such terrible customer service. They've essentially stolen my nexus phone. A repugnant company. Will never buy anything LG again.
