I would rate them a zero! Awful to talk to, they don't even listen to what your saying, I had to keep sending them proof of when I bought my fridge, they only gave me one service to deal with for fixing it and they were always awful places to, they don't care about how they treat or talk to you, the one guy kept putting me on hold and obviously it was a fun game for him to try to make me mad. So disgusted, they aren't even in the states and can't barely speak English as it was. Huge lack in everything! Never will I own an lg again!!
