Since my husband and I purchased remodeled the kitchen we purchased all new appliances – all LG. When we purchsed the microwave it stayed in the box until we were in the final phase of the renovation. When we took the microwave out of the box, the stainless steel door had a dent in it and the door was so unlevel that it was difficult to open. Needless to say, when I called LG, the only thing the rep could say was that dents are not covered by warranty. Obviously, it did not matter that I would not want to dinged up microwave in my new kitchen. LG's customer service and policies suck and I will never purchase another LG product.
