This is the first time I'm writing a review but I have to. The service is a complete joke. I've roughly called/mailed them 8 times across 2.5 months to chase them to repair/replace my lg widescreen monitor. Every time I'm talking to someone else. Every time it turns out that they made another mistake. I'm living in a central place (London) so what is the deal with the replacement?!

Still don't got my monitor and spending my work hours with no monitor at all.

I remember good old days where I had a sony monitor 10 years ago that the warranty replaced 3 times straight away after a few days of contacting them.

I AM BOILING. Would like to give the responsable head kick in the face.
