My LG 32" LED TV bought on 20th June 2014 gave up immediately after the 12 months warranty period got over. I got it repaired on 28th July 2015 through its customer care. The TV stopped working again in 3 months since the last repair. Now there is only audio and absolutely no video. The service engineer recommends changing the LED panel and that would cost me INR 11,000/- (plus taxes charges). How can a TV that is less than 18 months old have such major issues? How can we trust such poor quality of products? Is there a solution to this issue besides spending 45% of the total product value to get it repaired?
